Project cost: Nada - it was all out of the scrap box
This one has lovingly been dubbed the 'Shepherdess' dress simply
because it brings images of what Little Bo Peep would wear to my mind.
My sister wore it for a poetry project for a speech class her freshman year
in college - which has been the most action this one has seen.
It was made out of some flower print scrap fabric one day when I wanted
to see what else I could come up with for the under dress I had already
