My attempt at making a surcoat...
All the seams are in the wrong places, but it's still a lot of fun and looks
much better on a person rather than laying on a floor - but that's what
happens when I don't have a photo assistant around!
It also has a matching cape/cloak type thing that has a large removable
hood. I was rather irritated to find that one of the tassels I had worked
so hard on had mysteriously disappeared.
